Cancellation Policy for Mariah Gum Hair At MG Hair, I strive to provide my clients with exceptional services and a relaxing experience. To maintain my commitment to quality and respect for my clients’ time, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. **Cancellation Notice:** I kindly ask that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other clients who may be waiting. 2. **Late Cancellations:** Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 25% This fee will be charged to the payment method on file. 3. **No-Show Policy:** If a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of 40% will be charged. Repeat no-shows will result in requiring a deposit for future appointments. 4. **Emergency Cancellations:** We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency and are unable to give 24 hours’ notice, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. 5. **Deposits:** For all color appointments a 20% deposit will be required to reserve your time slot at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your service cost but is non-refundable in case of a late cancellation or no-show. 6. **Payment Method:** All cancellation fees will be deducted from the payment method provided at the time of booked appointment unless otherwise discussed.
